Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across most pin codes in India through trusted courier partners. You can check delivery availability to your location during checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on non-working days will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.

  • You can track the shipment via the courier partner’s website or through your account on our website.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order.

  • If the delivery fails after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address and PIN code are correct and complete.

  • A valid phone number is provided so the courier can contact you if needed.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address details.

Packaging and Safety

All products are packed with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Fragile bottles are bubble-wrapped or packed in cushioning material before being boxed and sealed securely.
