At AlFragancia, we take pride in offering high-quality perfumes and attars. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair cancellation and refund policy in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation Before Dispatch
  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

b) Cancellation After Dispatch

Return & Replacement Policy

Note: Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of fragrance, change of mind, or opened/used products.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Fragrance disliked or perceived as different by the customer (scent is subjective)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of a wrong product being shipped.

  • Replacement will be sent after the returned product is received and verified.
