Order Cancellation
Once an order has been successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled.
We do not allow cancellations after order confirmation, as products are immediately allocated and prepared for dispatch.
In rare cases, if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us at:

If approved, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return & Replacement Policy
As per standard hygiene and authenticity guidelines, perfumes and attars are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
However, a return or replacement will be accepted only under the following condition:
You received the wrong product.
To raise a request, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery at info@alfragancia.com, along with:
Your order ID
Clear photos and/or an unboxing video of the issue (mandatory for verification)
Approved cases will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not allowed, except in cases where the wrong product was delivered.
