At AlFragancia, we take pride in offering high-quality perfumes and attars. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair cancellation and refund policy in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or are in transit.

Exchanges are allowed only in case of a wrong product being shipped.
