At AlFragancia, we aim to deliver your perfumes and attars promptly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, dispatch, shipping charges, timelines, and delivery coverage across India.
We currently deliver across most pin codes in India through trusted courier partners. You can check delivery availability to your location during checkout.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on non-working days will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
You can track the shipment via the courier partner’s website or through your account on our website.
Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order.
If the delivery fails after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

A valid phone number is provided so the courier can contact you if needed.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
All products are packed with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Fragile bottles are bubble-wrapped or packed in cushioning material before being boxed and sealed securely.
